This work is “a magical book of revelations” – to take up one of Michael Bertiaux’s suggestions from the Voudon Gnostic Workbook.
In this new grimoire from Sirius Limited Esoterica, you will discover the mythic transformation of Hekate and why she is so important to both the Typhonian and Voudon Gnosis. It includes extracts from The Sutra of ZAL, The Nocturnal Book of the Voltigeur, The Book of Phorash and Sean Woodward’s occult excavations of the Roman Empire, Renaissance cathedrals, Fairy Mounds, the Witchcraft Museum of Boscastle together with visionary work with the eregore of Hekate.
My second essay, Hekate & The War of the Archons focuses on the goddess as the woman-warrior Shani and her battle on Earth to prevent the incursions of the Archons, whose corruption whispered in the ear of Kronos. It demonstrates Hekate’s links to the Leng Mythos, the Maeda Corporation and the hidden history of the Earth. It is an extract from the Magical Record of the Seer by the oracle of the English Witch Cult, Soror Sultana-Shakti and is the result of a moorland working in which a wild-space temple was constructed and following the ritual, the visions were recorded.
“We met on a hilltop and constructed a shelter for the night around an old tree. It took all day to collect the fallen branches and make the structure, like an old tepee, an old Indian sweat lodge or a tent of wood, bark and moss roofing. With the tree’s trunk at its centre, it was a compact houmfor, its living Poteau-mitan reaching to the stars and the dark, occluded moon.
After circling the temple with a band of salt, we retreated within and my Seer of Tanat disrobed and marked the trunk with the sigils of her Witch Queen. We began the Infernal Sabbat with our own XI° conjunction and Blood Moon offering to open the doors of the Dreaming Sabbat and she called out to Hekate, as she made me an astral witch with her.”
The essays are complimented by exclusive designs created for this book by Sean Woodward, including the cover, based on an image by Edgar Kerval.
From Edgar’s perspective you will discover how Hekate is a threefold masked infernal goddess strongly connected with the feminine energies of man and associated with the process of initiation.
